The core and foundation of dance education. Our ballet classes focus on the overall development, discipline, technique and self respect of all our dancers. Students learn terminology, rhythm, and coordination while focusing on graceful movements, expression and musical understanding. More advanced dancers may move into pointe shoes at the discretion of the director.

Tap: Miss Alison
Jr. Tap Age 11+
Sr. Tap Age 13
Students learn tap-rhythm and timing utilizing syncopation, shading, and building on basic steps. We stress accurate terminology, incorporate unique choreography, and create a fun and exciting atmosphere where every student can experience the magic of making music with your feet.

Jazz: Miss Alison

One of the most fun and popular styles in American history; Jazz dancing incorporates isolation, flexibility, and rhythm. Students learn to apply their dance technique to various types of music and explore many jazz styles, including lyrical, contemporary, and jazz funk.
***Dress Code: Black leotard, dance shorts or yoga pants are OK, tan or black tights, Revolution brand slip on jazz shoes (black or tan) Hair secured back off of face
Tumbling ( ages 6 & up) Mr. Cillo, Miss Kizzy & Miss Alison
Incorporating coordination with physical strength and agility. Our faculty focuses on flexibility and safety to develop the proper growth of your child's technique and skill.
***Dress Code: Leotard and shorts, no tights or shoes
Rhythm Works Integrative music and movement program (middle school- Adult) Miss Alison & Mr.Mike Wrench
Music, rhythm, and movement for all, an inclusive class that focuses on skill development, self-empowerment, and celebrating our differences. A clinically based program that utilizes sensory processing, kinesiology, amd behavioral analysis as a foundation to build customizable classes. Open to all special needs students and adults.
Hip Hop: Miss Kizzy

This ever popular dance style is growing more and more by the day! Students will be exposed to the many fun and creative forms of this dance style including popping, locking, free-style, old school and funk. Jazz class is highly recommended in addition to Hip Hop.
***Dress Code: Comfortable clothing, smooth bottom sneakers worn in classroom only, not worn outside
Pre-School : Miss Alison
Music, Dance & Storytime (mommy/daddy & me) walking-2 years

For our "pre-dancers" this class has an overall emphasis on having fun while learning coordination, balance, rhythm, self-confidence, muscle development, taking turns and following directions.

A great place for our young dancers to be introduced to the fundamentals of Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop dancing and Tumbling.

Musical Theatre: Miss Kizzy
A form of theatrical performance that combines acting and dance all into one! Students will learn how to perform and express different emotions on stage.
***Dress Code:Comfortable clothing or dance attire, Jazz Shoes for 9-12, Jazz & Character shoes for 13+
***Boys Dress Code for all dance classes: Black sweatpants or shorts, white t-shirts, proper shoes
Fitness: Barre & Pound (Age 13 & up)

Barre: Monday 9:00 am (Alison)
60 minutes of fun, energetic, low impact and rehabilitative exercises that help to tone and lean out your muscles. Combining elements of Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and Ballet Barre to burn fat, sculpt muscles and protect your joints.
Stretch & Strength: Friday 9:00am (Alison)
Cardio warm-up followed by toning exercises and stretching, no equipment needed.
Pound: Saturday 8:30-9:15am (Mandy)
Rockout Workout.Designed for all fitness levels. Pound provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND tranforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
